Wayne Campbell is a fictional character originating from a series of sketches on the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live. He was created by and portrayed by Canadian actor and comedian Mike Myers.
Wayne is depicted as a heavy metal-loving, perpetually adolescent slacker. He hosts a public-access television program called Wayne's World from his parents' basement in Aurora, Illinois.
